π’ Registration and Verification of Account
- 1. Visit lebakonect.gov.vu
- 2. Click Sign up (green button on the top menu). Already have an account? Click Sign in.
- 3. Enter your National ID (Birth Registration Number), fill all required fields (*), and use a valid email address.
- 4. A verification email will be sent. Click the link to verify and sign in.
π Forgot Password Guide
- 1. Click βForgot password?β above the password box on the Sign in page.
- 2. Enter your email, click Send Reset Link.
- 3. Check your inbox/spam folder for the reset link and follow it to set a new password.
π€ Profile Management
After signing in, update your profile:
- 1. Fill all required fields (*)
- 2. Provide your job preference
- 3. Upload your CV (PDF)
- 4. Add qualifications and work experience
Access later via menu > Manage Profile or Change Password.
π Searching for Jobs & Viewing Details
- 1. Use the homepage search, top menu Find Jobs or Resources > Search all jobs.
- 2. Filter by mode, location, field. View More shows details (login required).
π Applying for Jobs
- 1. Ensure profile is updated > click View More on a job > click Apply.
- 2. Fill required fields, upload documents and click Apply. Employers will be notified.
π Viewing Application Status
- 1. Go to My Applications in the top menu.
- 2. View job statuses and feedback. Email notifications are sent for updates.
π’ Searching for Employers
- Go to Find Employers > click View Company for more details (login required).
π¬ Submitting Queries or Issues
- 1. Go to Resources > Contact.
- 2. Use the contact form to report issues or ask questions.
- 3. Responses are sent via email.
